The Lacek Group Promotes Schultz to VP, Account Director



The Lacek Group (TLG), a Minneapolis-based customer engagement agency, has promoted Courtney Schultz to Vice President, Account Director. In her new role Schultz will lead the agency’s global business for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

“Courtney has made significant contributions on TLG’s work for Starwood for nearly a decade,” said Randy Gunderson, Senior Vice President, Account Services at TLG. “We are fortunate to now have her leading every aspect of the day-to-day work, as well as managing the larger Starwood team at the agency.”

Schultz joined TLG in 2006 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Account Supervisor the following year. In 2011, Schultz was promoted to a Vice President and Partner and has handled many facets of the Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®) program, including the recent SPG Pro launch for meeting and travel professionals.

Prior to joining TLG, Schultz started her career in loyalty marketing working with British Airways on their frequent traveler program. Schultz received her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in California.
