[MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., October 2, 2019] – The Lacek Group, a Minneapolis-based loyalty and customer-engagement agency, announces the addition of four new senior-level hires to expand its strategic services offerings.
Amy Farsht serves as senior director, partnership marketing, Russ Hinckley joins as vice president, account director, Dan Jurek serves as vice president, strategic services, and Matt Marakovitz also serves as vice president, strategic services.
The Lacek Group’s partnership marketing and co-brand credit card services complement the agency’s suite of offerings including loyalty, customer engagement, data services, market insights, digital transformation and creative development.

Farsht has spent more than 20 years creating meaningful and lasting relationships between brands, companies and consumers – all with an eye toward growing business. With multiple positions in partnership marketing, corporate sponsorships, special events, merchandising, and director level management experience for top Fortune 500 companies including Macy’s Inc., Target Corporation and Thomson Reuters, Farsht has gained an extensive breadth of knowledge in conceptualizing revenue-generating and brand-building partnerships to help clients achieve key business goals and raise their visibility through savvy, strategic partnerships. She also works to inspire women to set and achieve their professional goals through volunteer work with Ellevate Network and Dress for Success. As an Ellevate Network Executive Council member, Farsht supports Ellevate’s mission to close the gender-based achievement gap in business with the dynamic community of women in Ellevate’s global network. Hinckley is deeply experienced with loyalty programs, co-branded credit cards, strategic marketing, and general management. He has managed and/or created three large airline loyalty programs, managed and/or created over 30 co-branded credit card relationships in more than 10 countries and hundreds of loyalty partnerships. He has worked for loyalty SaaS providers and understands the importance of technology as a loyalty enabler. He enjoys increasing and driving better loyalty marketing and creating promotions that both improve results and promote continued learning. Hinckley works with Lacek clients to maximize program revenue through co-brand partnerships and sound loyalty marketing strategies.
Jurek is a measurement-obsessed marketer with a background in loyalty and customer experience strategy and planning. He's led successful programs for American Express, Bentley Motors, Ford, Ferrari-Maserati, Harley-Davidson, Morgan Stanley, JetBlue, PUMA, and Wells Fargo. As a customer engagement strategist, Dan created lifecycle touch-mapping for Delta SkyMiles to identify under/over utilized channels in each lifecycle phase, as well as targeting, messaging and offer test strategy for card acquisition. He also led strategy development for a marketing program that provided Harley-Davidson dealers an always-on turnkey direct marketing solution. Jurek leads the agency’s customer engagement practice and provides clients with recommendations for engaging with customers across channels.
Marakovitz has more than 20 years of marketing and strategy experience including brand management roles at General Mills and loyalty marketing roles at Target. Throughout his career, Matt has been known for his ability to translate new strategies into in-market success, his resolute commitment to exceptional customer experience, and developing high-performing teams. He and his teams have been accountable for setting an enterprise loyalty vision and strategy, launching mobile loyalty programs, offer content across mobile app and personalized mailers reaching 40 MM+, cross-channel 1:1 personalization, and loyalty analytics.
