New Forrester report cites The Lacek Group

For example, The Lacek Group’s top three vertical market focuses are travel and hospitality, financial services, and retail sectors. Clients include Marriott International, Carnival Cruise Lines, U.S. Bank, Enterprise Holdings (National Car Rental, Alamo Rent a Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car), and Ford Motor Company.
