We’re happy to announce the formation of the Loyalty Lounge, an exciting new way to listen and learn about what is happening in the areas of loyalty, engagement and customer experience.
These interactive, client-exclusive coffee hours (virtual for now) are designed to help our day-to-day clients collaborate and learn from each other, as well as capture new insights across a variety of industry verticals.
Organized and run by our Strategic Services group, the Loyalty Lounge has hosted three quarterly gatherings since fall of 2020, and will host two additional meetings year as restrictions related to the pandemic begin to ease and customers look forward to new experiences in travel, retail, transportation and other industries served by our clients.
In the future, the hope is to gather in person – in a real lounge, with actual lounge-like seating. But in the meantime, stay tuned for more information about the next gathering in the Loyalty Lounge.
