Bustos Shares Email Strategies at 2008 Conference

Julie Bustos, Senior Partner and leader of The Lacek Group's Interactive Practice is presenting at the Midwest Direct Marketing Association's 2008 conference on April 22, 2008. Julie will share how Lacek’s clients are succeeding in building data-enabled email strategies, how companies can start small and build to sophisticated solutions and how application of data to existing email initiatives can pay huge dividends in click-through and open rates. She will also discuss the future direction of digital communications and how email recipients will ultimately determine what content they want to receive, how often and in what form.

Julie has more than 12 years of experience managing interactive development projects and organizational technology infrastructure. She has developed and executed interactive strategies and solutions for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, National Car Rental, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Musicland, Continental Airlines, US Bank, Ameriprise and PayPal. Prior to Lacek, Julie was an Information Systems Engineer for the Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, and was responsible for the Institute's technology infrastructure and the launching of their acclaimed educational website. Julie earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics with mathematical emphasis at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, is a huge fan of the Minnesota Wild and lives with her husband and son in St. Paul.
