Billiards and Trivia Help Lacek Team Banter and Bond

This year’s Continental team builder event took place on Thursday, May 10, at the Old Chicago in Minneapolis. Approximately 20 Continental team members joined together at this off-site event, taking time to get to know each other better, bond with new hires and participate in team building exercises.

“We like to provide opportunities throughout the year for employees to get to know each other in a relaxed environment and blow off steam together,” said Francesco Favazza, Senior Partner, Account Services. “Uniting away from the office is an important part of creating a healthy, happy, productive client team.”

“Everyone enjoys these cross-functional team outings,” said Matt Kjesbo, Sr. Database Marketing Analyst at The Lacek Group. “It’s an effective way for team members to bond off-site which naturally translates back at the office as well.”

Activities on the agenda included a pool tournament (sprinkled with good-natured Continental trivia questions affecting team scores), mingling and healthy portions of pizza.
