Cindy Langenberg, a human resources professional with a master's degree in human resources and Professional in Human Resources certification, has been with Pioneer for 22 years. Cindy has extensive experience consulting directly with business managers on a multitude of human resources issues. Currently, Cindy is DuPont Pioneer senior human resources manager — talent acquisition.
She and her team focus on building integrated systems effective in attracting, selecting and onboarding a highly skilled and competitive workforce. She has also managed the Emerging Leader Program, which is a talent pipeline program geared at recent college graduates. Cindy is also leading efforts to identify and bridge gaps between current talent and the talent that will be needed for future business challenges.
