The Lacek Group, a leading loyalty marketing agency, is pleased to partner with Enterprise Rent A Car on the launch this month of its revamped loyalty program, Enterprise Plus. The Minneapolis-based agency was a key partner in developing the car rental company’s new rewards program, with free rental rewards and other benefits for its loyal members.
Specifically, The Lacek Group was involved in all aspects of the Enterprise Plus development, from performing program analytics to developing communications and collateral, including the new member Web portal and all program credentials. The agency will continue assisting Enterprise with managing communications and monitoring and optimizing the new loyalty program.

With Enterprise Plus, renters will earn one point per dollar spent on Enterprise rentals and will then be able to redeem points on any vehicles available throughout Enterprise Rent A Car’s network of 5,500 locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, all without black out dates or points expiration if there is at least one rental in two years. Additionally, there are new recognition levels, members-only check-in at participating locations and a dedicated phone number for expedited service.
