The Lacek Group, a leading loyalty marketing agency, has promoted Danika Hoffmann to Senior Partner, Vice President, Global Business Development. In her new leadership role, Hoffmann will lead the agency’s global business development efforts and maintain a consulting role with several key accounts.
Since joining the agency in 2000, Hoffmann has contributed to the design and implementation of the rollout for Ford Motor Company’s national loyalty program and worked with the agency’s DirectDesign division on the strategic development for a rewards credit card from U.S. Bank.

Hoffmann earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
