Senior Marketing Analyst
The Lacek Group, the loyalty marketing practice of OgilvyOne Worldwide, is a Minneapolis-based, full-service agency dedicated to helping companies establish and enhance relationships with their best customers.
We are growing and eager to add a full-time Senior Marketing Analyst to our talented team.
Our analyst team provides analytical and database support to plan and execute campaigns that drive revenue and ROI for our clients. Duties include:
• Developing and maintaining reports on program and campaign performance
• Creating presentations to summarize findings and advise on marketing strategy
• Data mining to identify and forecast trends
• Ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for all marketing campaigns
• Generating segmented communications
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years database marketing experience
• Proficiency with SAS and SQL
• Experience with marketing data warehouses, campaign management and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of statistical methods, familiarity with experimental design
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to link analysis to business results
• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into analytical and/or database marketing applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentation of strategic analysis to senior level management including business reviews, performance reports, or new marketing ideas
• Results-oriented, goal-focused and exceptional attention to detail
