Director, Project Management Office

This position will oversee the agency’s project management teams and processes, tools and templates. The Project Delivery Lead will also support the project management teams in managing agency capacity and resource allocation across all accounts. This includes professional development of technical resources, utilization, profitability and staffing decisions.


Responsibilities:

•     Capacity planning across agency
•     Resource allocation across agency
•     Project manager development and mentoring
•     Monitors project change requests
•     Manages project risks

Qualifications:
•     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or a related field
•     10+ years project management experience including managing multiple simultaneous projects/programs
•     Experience with capacity planning and resource management in a matrix environment
•     Formalized project management methodology
•     PMO setup experience preferred
•     Organized, detail oriented and a great communicator
•     Excellent facilitation skills
