Database Marketing Manager
The Lacek Group, a division of OgilvyOne Worldwide, is a Minneapolis-based, full-service loyalty marketing agency dedicated to helping companies establish and grow relationships with their customers. We are growing and eager to add a full-time Database Marketing Managers with direct marketing experience to our talented team.
Our Database Marketing team is responsible for executing our clients' database marketing programs, working with the rest of the agency team to provide strategic planning and analytical support.
We are seeking Database Marketing Managers with 3+ years database marketing experience, electronic and direct campaign management background, and proficiency w/database tools such as MS Access, SPSS and SQL Server and SQL-based query tools. In addition, our ideal candidate will have experience with measurement methodologies as well as predictive and/or economic value modeling. Our clients require strong quantitative, analytical, collaboration and communication skills.
