With more than 20 years experience in human resources, Chris focuses on recruiting, training and retaining the agency's most significant asset — its talented people.
Chris also heads up facilities and external communications for The Lacek Group.
Prior to joining the agency in 1997, Chris was a Human Resources Director at Carlson Marketing Group, and has also managed human resources for manufacturing, financial and consulting services companies.
Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and business administration, and received her master of arts degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
