Francesco Favazza Senior Partner, Group Account Director
Francesco brings 18 years of loyalty marketing experience to The Lacek Group. He currently leads the teams on the Continental Airlines, National Car Rental, and gaming practice accounts.
Most recently, Francesco led the strategy development and redesign of Continental's OnePass communications. He was also the lead manager and consultant in the redesign and successful re-launch of the National Car Rental Emerald Club program.
Francesco has served in a variety of consulting roles on domestic and international accounts. He led the redesign project for the SkyMiles frequent-flyer program on the Delta Air Lines account, and the design and implementation of a new frequent-flyer program for Mexico's third largest air carrier, AeroCalifornia. He also assisted jetBlue in the strategy development of its TrueBlue program. Other clients include LendingTree, Jaguar, Bristol Myers Squibb/Sanofi and Swissair/Sabena/Austrian.
Francesco began his career at Northwest Airlines. His roles there ranged from developing and managing airline partnerships for the WorldPerks frequent-flyer program, to managing the Pacific and Atlantic travel agency consolidator sales programs.
Francesco holds a bachelor of science degree in aeronautical science and graduated cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida. He also has a master of business administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
