With 17 years of loyalty marketing credentials, Michelle currently holds leading, high-visibility roles at The Lacek Group on the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and Ford accounts. Overseeing lead generation and retention strategy, directing implementation of marketing campaigns and managing teams of account services professionals for these brand leaders, Michelle delivers integrity and excellence in every step — from imagination to analysis.

Her vision and cross-discipline skills were both evident and critical when the agency devised and built Walt Disney Parks and Resorts’ first-ever travel agency loyalty program, a stunning success due largely to her involvement. Soon thereafter, Michelle co-led the agency’s design and launch of Starwood Preferred Guest, and managed this award-winning loyalty program for more than six years. Current efforts include helping Disney meet its goals for sales of professional development programs among business executives and managers.

Prior to her agency tenure, Michelle directed membership marketing for Provell, Inc. (formerly DAMARK International Corp.), and partnership marketing for the WorldPerks frequent-flyer program at Northwest Airlines.

Michelle holds a bachelor of arts degree in international business from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota.
